Meeting Minutes

The meeting was opened in due form by President K. Holmes, who also led both the opening and closing prayers. Before beginning the evening’s remarks, President Holmes called for a moment of silence in remembrance of Pearl Harbor and those lost on December 7, 1941.
Opening Remarks
President K. Holmes welcomed everyone and expressed gratitude for their attendance. He extended warm wishes for a joyful and peaceful Christmas season to all members and their families.
President Holmes reflected on the organization’s accomplishments throughout the year, recognizing the collective dedication and effort from the Board of Directors, volunteers, and supporters. He acknowledged that 2024 was a strong year for FreedomSystem.org, thanks to everyone’s commitment to its mission.
Upcoming Event
President Holmes provided a brief update on the Supporting Freedom Texas Hold’em Charity Tournament scheduled for Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Goshen VFW.
Planning is nearly complete.
A few details remain but will be finalized in early January.
Participation from the entire team will be essential to ensure the tournament’s success.

Adjournment
With no further business presented, a motion to adjourn was made by J. Schrock and seconded by R. Billapando (“Goose”). The motion carried.
