Topics of Discussion:

1. Presentation of Federated Media’s Info - $3000 with “trade” value
   1. Advertising for the event 3 wks prior
   1. Casey Hendrickson interview on air, Casey would be the guest speaker for the event
   1. 60 paid Prime Time spots
   1. 60 bonus spots (not prime time) for free due to our 501c3 status
   1. Email push by MNC
   1. FSO to figure out a trade value:
      1. Pic of Casey on the back of the pamphlet
      1. The event would be renamed “95.3 MNC presents A Night to Remember”
      1. Slide show
      1. Booth at the event (4x4 table)
   1. Discussed purchasing bike jerseys soon to have printed and be able to give away on air during FSO’s interview (1 wk prior to event)
   1. Would also give away a pair of tickets to the vent on air
   1. The message would change 1 week prior to the event to update the audience
   1. Sarah motioned to spend $3000 on advertising,
2. Discussion about bike jersey

   1. Design: Kenny has a jersey already designed
   1. Purchasing 10 initially
   1. Adam motioned to purchase jerseys, Sarah seconded
3. The next meeting is on February 19, at the VFW, 3 pm
   1. Bring calendars to put some dates down for the remainder of the year and for the event
